Laxmi mam was an outstanding host, always helpful and attentive. The rooms were spotless, with housekeeping taking care of them daily. Cleanliness - excellent. The amenities provided in the room were adequate. The location was convenient. Residential area, but quiet and peaceful.. Several food joints in the near vicinity.Awesome experience. Really good. Shout out to Priyanshu and team at the front desk, Manobi and Manisha at The Verandah and Rehman in housekeeping for making the stay memorable. The rooms are very clean, Manoj is very kind and also his stuff Sunil, who cleans the room and everything. They were very kind and Manoj asked me every day if everything was good. And if I felt home. The facilities are funky lovely. I was in Kolkata for Durga Puja and the location was reasonably good for getting around on foot - important due to the traffic. The food was excellent, which was great since there aren’t many options nearby. They allowed me to order a half thali, which was still a huge amount of food and delicious.
