We choose this place in order to be close to a certain restaurant. Luckily! It was so nice, easy to find, huge room with a fantastic bathroom and the breakfast was above Italian average - with fresh cheese and ham. Just wonderful! And it's only a 10 minutes ride to Modena city center.

I travel frequently and do not typically give reviews. Extremely nice facility and great location for making visits to nearby attactions (we visited concentration camp at Fossili). The owner extremely friendly, NOT condescending (important to me), and truely seemed like a nice chap. Hope he keeps his prices reasonable. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Vila with big secured parking. Everything, from the first contact with the host, kind Monika, was excellent. The place is amazing, rooms are big, each has a TV and it's own bathroom. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms clean. There was 6 of us and we had the whole floor for ourselves, elevator is available. Coffee, tea, bottled water as much as you want, pastry and cookies. The host offered us to spent another night for free, if we would like to see more of this part of Italy. :) We would recommend it to everybody and are definitely coming back.

Everything was just perfect - the room, common space, garden, breakfast. The whole host family was very kind and helpful. Location is great if you plan to stay longer and explore cities / attractions in the region. We had a wonderful time at Saranto and when coming back to the area, we know where to stay again.
