Super clean, modern, and quiet, very close to Otranto, Alberobello, etc. but living like a local. The terrace is huge, shared between two apartments. The host is nice and accommodating. Communicated via WhatsApp so he can open the gate to park the car. No problems!

On the holiday, every hotel in Bari was fully booked and this place turned out to be our only option. And what a lucky coincidence that was. You could best describe it as a family guesthouse in the countryside. The property is quiet, spotless and managing by a nice couple. They also farm the surrounding land and raise cattle so the breakfast is prepared with their own fresh products. Just a 6–7 minute drive away there’s a small town, where we had an unforgettable dinner from the traditional Apulian kitchen.

These traditional stone Trulli houses are set in the Puglian countryside, 5.6 mi from Castellana Grotte. All rustic rooms and apartments offer views of the surrounding olive groves and fruit trees.

Very nice family managing this enchanting place. It felt very homely, and the whole complex is clean, decorated with nice details. The breakfast is another strength, always made with homemade and local products. I would highly suggest staying at Fontana Vecchia!
