The room was clean, comfortable beds, bathroom with bathtub. We only stayed one night, it is a little far from the airport. Nice guys at the reception, one of them gave my dauthers a little teddy bear from Novotel. It was a small gesture, we really appreciated and the girls loved their new teddy bears.

The location is perfect -- just off the main pedestrian street with cafes, shops, and leading to the Reggia. It's a beautiful and historic area. We loved that there was private parking available right in front of our studio apartment, which was so helpful because we drove directly from the Turin airport (just 16 minutes away) with lots of luggage for skiing and a long stay. Despite being tired, we were able to quickly and easily get everything inside with plenty of room to left over. The studio apartment itself was much larger than we expected, well-decorated and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was a wonderful start the next morning. We plan to stay here again when we depart from Turin airport next month.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful duplex apartment with plenty of space for the whole family. The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful – he left the fridge stocked with delicious with drinks and treats, including coffee, tea, jam, cookies, croissants, and even ice cream for the kids. Such a warm and generous gesture made us feel very welcome. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and perfect for a relaxing holiday. We highly recommend this place and would like to sincerely thank the host for his outstanding hospitality.

Hotel has big rooms, and a pool which are exceptional. Having a good restaurant on site is also an advantage. The dinner I had one day was good even if they prepared my steak medium and not Med-Well

The staff lady is super nice. She is very hospitable and makes us feel comfortable staying here. The place is very welcoming and peaceful. The room is quite large with an equipped kitchen. Breakfast is nice and simple.

Vincenzo and Giancarlo have done an amazing job at providing an excellently equipped accommodation. They have paid extra attention to the small details that make it very comfortable.
