Amazing facilities very spacious and on a great location . Very clean and with extremely helpful personnel. Would return for sure !

The hotel staff were exceptional. Every person working in the hotel from the front desk, to the wait staff, to the cleaning crew were friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Whenever we had a question or needed clarification on travel, the staff were very helpful and followed up with us to ensure that our needs were met. Staff highly exceeded our expectations. The hotel is very clean and located in a central area where most attractions are within walking distance and breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend this hotel!

Nice styling and the room was perfect

The owner was nice and helpful. Had the description provided matched the room I really wouldn't complain. The room was basic, certainly not luxury, but it was functional and well priced. The neighborhood may not be the best, but I felt safe and public transport was nearby. Normally, I would be perfectly pleased with this. Unfortunately, the unit did not match the description and I don't appreciate a bait & switch.

Lidia is very welcoming and friendly, and the location is quiet and comfortable - with free parking.

The breakfast was amazing. I heard Italians don't eat much for breakfast so I was not expecting much. But there was so much food and options available for my breakfast meals - I couldn't eat it all. Way more selection than any place I have ever stayed at before. Meat, cheeses, yogurt, granola, nuts, multiple types of bread, different types of eggs available, juices, coffee, tea.

You can feel the love that went into every corner: the host actually built the space himself, and his attention to detail (especially the lighting) creates such a warm, inviting atmosphere. The bed was fantastic, and everything was spotlessly clean. But what really made the stay special was the host himself, incredibly friendly, genuinely helpful, and full of excellent recommendations throughout our visit. Those little touches mattered too, like how he kept refilling the coffee pods without us even having to ask. Practical perks: public parking is just 100 meters away, and the bus connections to Turin are working fine, perfect for exploring the city without the hassle of driving.
