The owner went out of his way to make sure I had everything. The place is new, clean. Coffee maker, a kettle and numerous snacks were available in the kitchenette. Parking is within a short walking distance, which is a plus!

I highly recommend a stay. We had a wonderful experience. The property is so nice and scenic. The room was huge, with a kitchen and dining area. We loved the restaurant as well. The service was impeccable and the food was delicious. I recommend staying at least two nights to fully enjoy the property, spa, etc.

Lovely villa, fantastic location with beautiful views. Free parking. Great breakfast. Quiet pool, with views over the rolling countryside. Large room and bathroom with a jacuzzi bath. Pretty much heaven! It is in the middle of nowhere, which was perfect for us. There is nowhere to eat , but Narni is a few KM's away, short drive and a beautiful village with plenty of restaurants.
