Central location, perfect parking, very clean, great breakfast

There were 2 exceptional front desk ppl who tended to work during the daytime. The morning and evening reception ppl (all men), who worked alone, were not friendly and treated us as if we were a nuisance.

Very clean. Hosts were phenomenal, very friendly and informative. Breakfast each day was perfect blend of fruits danish breads cheeses meat Hosts produce their own jams jellies and grow fruit veggies and herbs to use daily. Swimming pool was a big plus for those hot days Especially after taking a hike, visiting town and seeing the nearby sites and wineries. Hosts have an olive grove that makes the country setting ideal. Parking included Can’t wait to have a future return visit. 10 stars

The breakfast was huge and very delicious. The host, Evelyn, was so welcoming and treated us like guests in her own home. She was so helpful with all of our inquiries. Definitely recommend.

Great location near the train station as the name implies. Clean, well appointed and great communication from the host.

We loved the place! Very big, modern, comfortable and clean room. Self check-in/check-out, it was easy and flexible. Giuseppe, our host was fantastic: super good and clear explanations to arrive and check-in. He was very responsive, and super helpful, giving us also great recommendations! There was one available parking place in a secured parking 30 meters away and Giuseppe was also flexible on the usage of the parking. Location is good, walking distance to the city center. Nice simple breakfast in the coffee shop 20 meters away. We loved it here and we definitely recommend if you come to Sassari!

This is a great place to stay in Sassari. We enjoyed everything: the cosy atmosphere in the rooms, the furnitures and works are of good quality, the place on the terrasse for breakfast is nice, the breakfast as well (our host made savory breakfast because we did not want sweet ones). It was easy to communicate with Massimo. The place was spotless: respect for maintaining such cleanliness in all the building!

I had to stay in Sassari for an entire month, from the last week of September to late October, and I couldn’t have a better place! It’s a wonderful attic in a historic building downtown. I enjoyed the view of the blue Mediterranean Sea every single day, while having breakfast on the balcony, surrounded by blooming plants. The central location, the family flavor and coziness, the fancy decoration, the incredibly beautiful balcony, the sunny den, the abundance of supplies, the efficiency and comforts made my stay absolutely unforgettable. And if this wasn’t enough the delightful Gianna and Giovanni gave me a ride to the Alghero airport, making the day of my departure easy and pleasant. I’ll definitely be back as soon as I am able to! Good facilities. You have everything you need. Big and spacy apartment. There is parking but you have to pay in the machine.

Such a comfortable apartment, with a perfect central location, nice windows and a lovely view down the street!

Very Central location and parking area was only 7 minutes by walk away from property. The street view from the balcony windows was nice to see and apartment was spacious as well as comfortable to stay in. Very Good communication with the hosts.
