The place is very relaxing and quiet! The natural spring water was awesome with beach chairs around and swings to use. Excellent breakfast buffet. Staff kind and helpful.

The location is in the top of a hill inside the grapevines. The meals are real gourmet .

I really loved all of the amenities, especially the washing machines, pool, and bar.

Beautiful property... quiet...relaxing... peaceful.. well maintained. Pool was very enjoyable as was jacuzzi. We had a delicious dinner at Opera.. all won derful.. And just 10 mins to a great little town of San Vincenzo!!

We spent 3 nights here in July 2023 as a base for a wedding we were attending at a different venue nearby. We booked two rooms, one for me and my wife and one for our two sons. Rooms were spacious with a very large bed, a balcony area with chairs and plenty of storage room for our clothes and luggage. Pool was great with plenty of sun loungers and chairs and the water was really deep in some sections but also had a shallow child friendly section. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of options, plenty of food and great coffee. While we were here, we were travelling to a nearby venue for a wedding for 2 of the days and required a taxi for up to 10 people. Taxi company provided a Minibus for us and he turned up on time every day. There's a great little bar area by the pool that serves cold drinks, beer, ice cream, slushes, crisps and sometimes sandwiches etc. There's a supermarket just down the road that you can easily walk to. There's a sports club with tennis court and a good size gym located next door that you can use for a fee. Car park is really big with plenty of parking spaces. There's not a lot going on in the area as It's in a quiet location but the facilities at the hotel are good. Richard

Clean and convenient location to the town center and nearby train station

The property is a nice little villa, it offers parking spaces in front of the gate and a small barn on the property suitable for bicycle storage. They offer a pleasant breakfast on the terrace. The rooms have everything you need. It’s in a quiet location but you can find a supermarket not too far from the B&B.

Location is super and the staffs are super friendly. The room is clean. All good!

Super friendly host! Gave us some homemade cookies and fresh fruit. Suggested a wonderful local beach. The apartment is well furnished and very comfortable.
