Lovely place and lovely town. The house is charming and the room big enough and nice. Facilities are great, kitchen is fully equipped and you can cook without a problem. You have oils, sauces , spices and others basics so you don't have to worry, a really nice point. The lady from staff is great explaining things, also in English so great on that. It was a really nice experience!

Stayed there for a short overnight during my Kumano Kodo. The acommodation has a little bit come into the years but apart from this it was veryvery cosy, spacious and with incredible view from the balcony. It is exactly as presented on the pictures. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much

Although a bit dated, this is reflected in a suitable price. Great location, 2 minutes from station and has sea views. Bathroom area and toilets all clean and bath has view to see. Friendly older guy at checkin. No restaurant but convenience store round the corner and necessary facilities for heating food or making hot drinks and washing clothes. Enjoyed staying here, kind of unique, but if you are fussy then suggest you choose the Marriott further away.

Host is very polite and friendly. House and garden is beautiful. Bed is big and comfortable. Bathroom is in good size. We stay with half board plan and food is very delicious and super fresh. Highly recommend.

The building was beautiful and we had it to ourselves. The kitchen was available for our use and was well stocked. We enjoyed exploring the adjacent shrine and ancient tree.
