A really great small hotel hidden in the countryside near Churaumi aquarium, with very friendly staff, in-room Jacuzzi and free drinks, for a reasonable price. There’s a barbecue outside to grill some skewers or marshmallows, a rooftop to enjoy a glass of wine or watch the stars.

Hotel is well located. Very close to convenience store, Bise Fukugi, Churaumi aquarium and exclusive access to Emerald beach. At reception, you can get cheaper tickets to the aquarium. Staff was so attentive, helpful and polite. They helped us many times and even made restaurant reservation for us. There is a shuttle bus to bring the hotel guests to the other "sister" hotel and shopping area. Many restaurants are available there. Breakfast was very good. Different options every day. Food was great. Breakfast staff flawless again. Good facilities - small shop around reception, nice pool, washing machines and dryers available with small cost.

The best feature of staying here was the night sky! It was so peaceful and beautiful seeing so many stars!

Ocean view from the balcony was beautiful. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Japanese mattress area was suitable for family with baby/toddler. My baby can use the area for crawling and sleep without having to worry she will fall off the bed. There is a family mart downstair which is very convenient. Very short drive to the aquarium. Check-in was easy with remote VDO call to staff.

The place is huge! I feel like we were lucky to et such an amazing apartment for what we’ve payed and I guess that’s cause it was low season. A huge living room/ kitchen and 2 bedrooms. The apartment is very well equipped with everything one might need. Great location that is accessible even by public transport and with several restaurants nearby. The host provided information on places to visit and where to eat which brought us to a very nice izakaya with live music! Churumi aquarium is just about 20-30 mins by walk. Highly recommend!

I like how clean the room was, there were breakfast in the fridge, the bed was so comfy, the view was perfect you could see the garden infront and the senrise in the morning.

The space is great for a small familly with baby. He or she can crawl around in the living room.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Motobu Terrace in Okinawa, and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. The location is excellent—conveniently close to popular attractions like the Churaumi Aquarium, while still offering a quiet escape from the busier areas. It’s perfect for anyone looking to enjoy both sightseeing and some downtime. What stood out most was the warm hospitality. The owner was incredibly thoughtful, even providing a marker so guests could label their toothbrushes—a small gesture, but one that really shows the level of care and attention to detail. Overall, I would highly recommend Motobu Terrace to anyone visiting Okinawa. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and tranquility, and I would gladly return again.
