Property is very conveniently located and the staff was amazing. Rooms were small but very clean. We will 100% stay here again.

The hotel was very nice. Dinner and Breakfast were both very good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I am brand new to skiing, and they helped me find and get to the ski center, which is designed for people who know skiing. The location is very good for skiers and the center is in a very pretty area.

We picked the Japanese-style room and it was beautiful! We loved the room and its helpful features, like lots of sliding door barriers to keep the room warm. The place was also close to a quiet and nice ski resort, the shuttles were very accessible and helpful. The staff were so friendly.

- Ski-in-ski-out (1 min walk to Ishiuchi Maruyama (west) lift) - Staff are friendly and helpful, providing on-site shuttle arrangements and after-stay services. - Free and convenient parking - Free laundry (only one washer with no dryer, but it is often available) - The property’s condition matches the photos and is generally clean. - The honor-system convenient shop has all basic items, including cold drinks in the fridge. - Not many choices for equipment rental nearby but the shop across the street is really good - The onsen (5 min by car) is really good and tenants enjoy 200 yen discount.

Daily home-made meals (breakfast/dinner) are wonderful and change daily. The place is operated by a lovely family. They are helpful, friendly, and responsive. The location is 2 minutes from the ski lift entrance. It's not as well-connected to the town as other entrances, but if you opt for the breakfast/dinner package, and you just come for the ski resort, it's really not an issue. (We just ski, eat, sleep, and repeat) The dry room for equipment and jackets is very convenient. The big common bath is a big plus for us as well.

Staff was excellent, Location is top notch you can always hear river waves. It was excellent for the money paid.

Very lovely hotel, very friendly and accommodating staff! I would describe it as a good middle-ground between a Airbnb and a traditional hotel. I enjoyed my night very much!

Love the interior, minimalistic and very clean. They have a mini convenience store on site that works on an honest basis. Location is also pretty good, just near the ski lift, and few minutes walk to a public onsen that opens until 23:00! They offer free shuttle pickup and drop-off when you check-in and check-out. Staffs are very helpful!

We loved the beautiful service given to us. We can't speak highly enough of the help above and beyond our expectations and attention given to us mostly by Ham but of course Keimi as well. The facilities were good and we enjoyed cooking nice meals in the kitchen. The hot onsen too just what was needed often after skiing by the family. Words can't explain how much we appreciated. Beautiful and very spacious house! Very clean and cozy. We’ve spent here 5 nights and it was wonderful. Very hospitable and kind owner Kimura San who helps with everything. Three bedrooms, big kitchen, living room with Netflix. Stunning view from the windows. Snowboarding and skiing! Such an amazing experience. We loved it so much! ありがとうございました！
