The room was neat, clean, and warm. The toilet in the family room type was very hitech and clean. The shared bathroom was very clean and provided towels endlessly. The breakfast was very nice, healthy, and tastes great.

Awesome breakfast, awesome staff, easy self check in. Again, awesome staff. I left my credit card by mistake and they were kind enough to contact me and send it via post mail. Thank you thank you for going the extra mile.

Great little hotel! Short walk to Shinkansen train, JR Line and bus station to see the Mishima Skywalk. Nice staff. Comfortable room with the usual many amenities associated w/Japanese hotels. Free coffee in the lobby, free ice cream on the 12th floor. Many restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. Didn't use it, but there is a 'Hot Spring Bath' on the 12th floor as well, looked relaxing.
