The guesthouse is so comfy and worth every money I paid. The family is so nice and warm, especially the mom. They made you feel like home.

Wow what a cozy cute guesthouse. The family is very friendly and from the first moment you feel like at home. The 4bedroom dorm was very comfortable and beds were super! Everything was pretty clean despite some reformations are still happening. There is a kitchen and a mini fridge. I recommend it to all the travelers but mostly for those that need to go to Kyzart or after Kyzart as a reset day or if you go with the car and need somewhere to rest. Thank you so much to the hosts! :) There are plenty of shops and supermarket in the Main Street 4 minutes walking.

This house is in a good location next to the bus station, supermarkets and restaurants. The lady of the house is very kind, is always smiling, and makes a delicious breakfast every morning. You can wash your clothes for 200 Soms. There is a kitchen you can use for cooking. Hot water and good water pressure in the shower. Many travelers use this guesthouse as a base for exploring the region.

Cleanliness, breakfast, size of rooms were all on point. But the real deal were the hosts - they were so kind, warm and helpful. We reached really late in the night after a gruelling 7 hour drive. They not only stayed up and ensured that we were comfortable, they also gave us whatever we needed including coffee at 1 am in the night. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Super Clean guest house, great breakfast, good suggestion on tours and transports, owners are kind helping and helpful about everything. Water are strong and hot. In city center could not find better location than this guesthouse.

Very clean and welcoming. The rooms are a good size and the bed is very comfortable. Also the family is very sweet and made us feel welcome.

Really nice place. It’s basic but it’s enough. It’s not really an hostel but more like an homestay. The place is manage by a wonderful family. Babushka and her family are so nice and welcoming.
