Our experience at Nature Kingdom Sri Lanka was truly wonderful. From the very beginning, everything was organised with great care by Jayantha, whose professionalism and warm hospitality made our visit smooth and enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious – each meal was prepared with fresh ingredients and offered authentic flavours that we will always remember. Dylan was a fantastic host! The cabin was quaint, simple, and had everything we needed. We arrived late, but a wonderful rice and curry dinner was still prepared for us and brought up to our cabin. We were able to sleep in a bit in the morning because it is so dark and peaceful in the cabin. We had already booked a safari before finding Dylan's place, but we would have enjoyed a safari with him. He gave us a bird book for our journey. He also offers a walk in the jungle near to where they live which would have been fun if we had the time. Highly recommend staying here! The cabin on the water looks to be the cutest one, assuming mosquitos are not super active. You can always reach out and ask what's available! Oh, and make sure not to have anything remotely edible out in the cabin even in packaging. We had some tea bags and a box of coffee that a cute little mouse decided to enjoy :). Rookie mistake of ours since you are in nature, but just a pointer for others. There is a fridge in the room so keep everything in there.

Unmatched hospitality, incredible food, and a magically peaceful location - staying with Lasantha was a memorable and rejuvenating experience! After spending 3 weeks in Sri Lanka, this was hands down the best and most memorable place I stayed. Starting with the obvious, waking up to the Diyaluma Waterfall every morning is spectacular. Having easy access to dip in the lower falls pool on the property is also so good. Lasantha's amazing food, made with many fresh vegetables and herbs from his extensive garden made it exciting to eat pretty much every meal there. Bursting with flavor, you can taste the care and quality with which every meal is prepared. He's a chef trained for 12 years in Ella, and will organize a little cooking class too if you ask. The rooms are so well designed and pristinely clean - designed by his brother who is an architect. Beyond the good food, great and clean rooms, and beautiful setting, this place really has something special. The pride and ownership that Lasantha and his team have in hosting shines through and you really feel at home. Already planning my next trip back!

The grounds were beautifully clapped, and it was a wonderful stay easy to find, and the host were very gracious he also has a small café near the rock Buddha, which was on the river with comfortable scenery and beautiful setting

This was the best hospitality we received in Sri Lanka. It is a lovely family business, located in nature and very close to the famous Budurugawala rock carvings. Shalika and his family are perfect hosts. The cabin is great and the environment is very peaceful. The beds were really comfortable and super clean. The food they served is amazing and they the ingredients are harvested by the hosts. It was an amazing experience. They also provide transportation service. Highly recommended!
