The room was cute and cozy, like a rustic cottage set off the main road with tranquil gardens. Lots of nature around, the kids found a giant snail which they named 'Bruce'. The room is very quiet, no traffic noise. Only the sounds of the ocean, which was lovely to listen to at night. We would recommend dinner from the host, it was very tasty.

Like Visiting Family — Warm, Welcoming, and Truly Special From the very first moment I arrived, I was met with such kindness and warmth — it honestly felt like I was visiting relatives, not checking into a hotel. The atmosphere is cozy and full of heart, and the staff make it unforgettable. One of the lovely girls who welcomed me felt like a little sister — so sweet and genuine. I don’t remember her name, but I’ll never forget her energy and kindness. When I was leaving, we even hugged goodbye. It felt like leaving family behind. The manager was simply amazing — kind, thoughtful, and very professional. And the chef! He personally came out to check if I enjoyed the food (which I absolutely did — the seafood was insanely delicious). You can feel that they all truly care. Everyone smiles here. Everyone is friendly. And the vibe is something I’ll carry with me. I’m already dreaming of coming back — again and again.

1. Hotel is fresh and new and of really a good quality. Nothing experienced heavy usage like in Riff - the only real 5* competitor on Hikka beach 2. I got Deluxe suite with Seaview for the price of a regular room cos the hotel just started to work and had not much of guests. 3. Room has excellent sleeping conditions which is rare on Shri: blind curtains & you can sleep with ac on without a risk to catch cold. Priceless.

Sri Palms in Kosgoda is a family-owned hotel with a few rooms. We got the rooms on the ground floor with a wonderful swimming pool view and a sitting area. The rooms are large very well furnished. Bathrooms are also big and nice. Overall, we had a wonderful time there. We had dinner at the hotel and also the breakfast was done very well prepared and served. The beach is at a walking distance @400 meters from the property. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

An exceptional accommodation managed by Chathu and Ishan, a lovely family who show a great respect and kindness to all of their guests. The rooms are incredible nice, beautifully decorated and the view and direct access to the beach bring added values to this accommodation. The breakfasts and lunches were delicious; we had an authentic Sri Lankan experience. For sure, we would like to come back and have a longer stay at Sea crest beach villa to enjoy more the awesome beach and the energy of this place and hosts.

This place is truly serene, located lakeside and tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Hikkaduwa, yet still easily accessible by a short tuk-tuk or bike ride. If you love nature and a calm atmosphere, this is definitely the right place. The territory and the garden is truly beautiful. On top, we saw so many different birds on the hotel grounds, and even more if you take a catamaran boat trip at sunrise or sunset (highly recommended!). Shyam and everyone working at the hotel are incredibly hospitable and kind (including Charlie the dog!), making us feel at home straight away. The room and the entire property are beautiful, and the breakfast - served on your own terrace or by the lakeside - is truly amazing and very generous. We would happily come back again 🙂

pretty big, especially for this price. it had a kitchen and refrigerator and plates and everything. the place was spotless and clean. it's just a few minutes away by walking from the beach. everything i needed for a much lower price than expected.
