This hotel was a great surprise. We couldn’t fault it in any respect. The room was well appointed in very comfortable staff were outstanding. The restaurant and meal selection was excellent and it was very good value for money. Simply couldn’t fault it.

My experience at Heritage Grand was absolutely top notch. The location was very convenient as it was about five minutes away from the Badulla railway station. The hospitality was outstanding and the space was impeccably clean. The staff was like a family, very friendly😇. The property pristine conditions and modern amenities it was a comfortable and inviting place to stay. 😌 I Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a flawless stay. I'll definitely be returning in the future when I visit Badulla.☺️

The owner is a very kind person. Delicious food. Excellent service. Knowledgeable about the Pekeo Trail. Rooms are very clean. New facility. Excellent condition. A hot water system with a pressure pump is available.

I have stayed here after completing stage 16/17 of the Pekoe Trail. This place was a godsend! The hosts were very kind and gave me delicious food for Poson Poya, the rooms and bathroom are really clean, Bed is comfortable, There is a balcony with a great view of the Buddhist temple nearby. Overall a really pleasant stay

We were told we are the first Singaporeans to stay at this resort run by a couple and their 3 children. Their service was friendly and impeccable! We had dinner and breakfast during our 1 night stay and had delicious home cooked food. Room was clean, spacious n very comfortable. Altogether, an awesome experience in Badulla ! The place was very good and very much worth for the price. And most importantly the owner was very helpful and very nice person. We reserved the scooter for two days rent and when we arrived there actually it was not available. So the owner gives his motor cycle without hesitation understanding without that our trip would have ruined. If you are looking for budget place with good facilities you should try the place.
