It’s not only a wonderful place, but above all, truly kind and warm-hearted people! This was our first night in Sri Lanka after our flight was delayed by 24 hours, and we couldn’t have found a better spot! Perfect place to rest and unwind. The food was delicious and full of aroma, and we received plenty of fresh fruit, coffee, tea. We felt genuinely well taken care of. A beautiful experience! Amazing people, please stay just the way you are, because you are truly exceptional 💛

It's a superb place. Really calming and beautiful environment. It was built in a totally different concept than other accommodations I stayed. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Has all the facilities tv,wifi kitchen and etc. I mostly like the concept and beautiful environment it was build on. And uncle and aunty who look after the place are really nice and i have great respect for their superb hospitality. They treated us like family unlike guests.

Simply stunningly beautiful hotel set in acres of farm land. Such a fabulous place to relax and unwind. Loved the farm tour, so interesting, and the pool was wonderful. Delicious food and incredible staff!

Lovely room in a well designed hotel. The hosts were warm-hearted and friendly and helpful. I can happily recommend this place for solo travelers or families alike.

I loved my stay here! The view of the mountains from the infinity pool is incredible, as is watching monkeys from your balcony, but it’s so much more than that. The people who work here are truly kind and wonderful in a way that I’ll remember for a long time. After only 2 days with Cristo and Ashok, it felt like they were looking after me like they would their own family. Cristo even took me sightseeing around town to the temples and a batik shop. Additionally, my room was spacious and clean, the AC cold, the bed comfortable, and the shower hot. Breakfast was delicious, with sausages made on the property, and I opted to have dinner there both nights, which was a treat. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The staff was lovely and hospitable. A lot of privacy, and the accommodation was very pleasing with plenty of space.

The Gammaduwa Bungalow, nestled in the serene hills, offers a magical retreat amidst lush tea gardens. I drove a tuk-tuk, and while the climb was steep, the destination was truly worth it. I took a wrong turn along the way and got slightly lost, but that’s the best thing that can happen to you in Sri Lanka. 🙂 Upon arrival, you’re greeted by tastefully decorated interiors and the inviting aroma of sumptuous food. The fresh air and tranquil surroundings create a soul-cleansing experience that lingers long after your stay. The excellent service adds to the charm, making every moment feel special. At Gammaduwa Bungalow, time seems to stand still, inviting you to cast away your cares and immerse yourself in the natural beauty and serenity of this hidden gem.
