Very friendly staff, perfect location for visiting Ostrog Monastery

We stayed just one night, but it was a lovely experience thanks to our kind and welcoming hosts, Slobodan and Jelena. They greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home. The place was clean, cozy, and perfect for a short stay. In the morning, they even prepared a nice breakfast for us, which was a thoughtful touch. A wonderful place for people who want peace and enjoyment. The location has an amazing view. The rooms have a new interior, the kitchen has excellent dishes, and the staff is very helpful. I would visit this place again!

We liked everything at this property: location in wild nature, quite place, birds song, friendship of the owner. She offered us a drink at the arrival, cooked fresh specific bread in the morning and created a familiar environment. We felt like home and we felt that it is a blessed place. We would like to come again in future.

During our stay, we had two separate reservations for two people each. The hotel is excellent and located in a very quiet neighborhood, with convenient parking right in front. It’s a newly built property, and the rooms are modern, spotless, and equipped with everything you might need—and even more. Breakfast was delicious and abundant, with a wide selection to choose from. The hostess, Dragana, is an absolutely lovely person—kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. When we were leaving, she even offered us some homemade pie to take with us for the road! Our overall impression was fantastic. If you're looking for a place to stay near Nikšić or Ostrog, look no further—choose Hotel Mažijanik. You’ll leave with warm memories and a smile.

The hostel is perfectly clean. All the facilities are very functional. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The hostel is quiet at night and the bed is comfortable to sleep.

The hosts are so friendly and delightful to talk to and the room is very well set up with everything you need. I would come back over and over again if I return to Niksic, a truly great stay.
