I like the staff, they are very friendly and helfpul. The room was cleaned every day and the towels were great. 24/7 desk.

The room was very clean, the location was only a 10 minute walk to the center and the staff were very nice and the cleaning crew was very attentive to our needs. The amenities sounded great too bad I didn’t have enough time to enjoy them. I will definitely book again 😊

The location is quite convenient, as it is within walking distance of the Casino de la Selva bus terminal. The establishment itself is very pleasant; my room, though somewhat compact, offered a truly cozy atmosphere, not in the sense of being cramped, but genuinely comfortable. The bed, pillows, television, and bathroom all appeared to be of good quality, contributing to a very restful night's sleep. However, the most commendable aspect was the staff. Upon my arrival at approximately 11 p.m., I found myself feeling a bit hungry. A gentleman who was attending to the plants at the time graciously escorted me to the nearest convenience store, which was only about a three-minute walk away, as I was hesitant to venture out alone on the dark streets surrounding the hotel. I regret that I cannot recall his name, but his assistance was truly invaluable.

Cute rustic classic Mexican hotel. I get bored with typical American hotels and their sterile look and feel. This place and the nice pool and grounds are perfect

There was no breakfast. An Oxxo and some cool bars were right around the corner plus a pharmacy. It was a short walk for coffee at the Oxxo and then a nice time sitting by the pool and gardens.
