Not only the apartment is clearly brand new, the location is amazing, far away from the buzzing little town of sisal. The mattress was like sleeping in a cloud and the whole place was super fresh thanks to the giant windows. The pool was very clean and the attention of the host was AMAZING. a huge plus was that the property is pet friendly.

The location was incredible! A very short walk to the (always empty!) beach, a reasonable walk to town (or moto-taxis were easy to catch), and the house & pool were amazing. Drinking water was provided, which was a great touch. The host was very helpful with local recommendations too!

It was a little sanctuary. Enjoyed sitting outside near the pool. The beds were very comfortable and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped.- could have used some paper towels.

Cocolitos is wonderful! The beds are super comfortable, I slept very well. I liked the kitchen and the grill in the patio. The pool was my favorite to refresh and rest. Everything was very clean and neat. It was an amazing experience to stay at Cocolitos and walk a few steps to find a spectacular view of the ocean to enjoy and relax. The best staff ever! Super friendly staff, helping at all times, we appreciated their recommendations to find many things to do in Sisal. 😊
