MalaysiaThe owner is very well prepared, all instructions for self check in is clear and the amenities provided is very helpful. The house is sufficient for 7-8 pax family. The distance to UTM gate is less than 3mins. They even provided arah kiblat + sejadah which is very rare for a non-muslim homestay. Overall, I will repeat to stay here whenever we visit our son at UTM.

Location, location, location. Near to many eateries and a shopping mall. Lots of varieties ranging from local to korean to japanese cuisines. Free parking but only 3 lots available first come first serve, otherwise will have to pay for parking.

Location was within the shophouses around Sutera Mall, lots of eateries around. Good service from the staff and there are reserved parking lots available. Rooms are adequately furnished and comfortable for us. Worth the price for a short stay and to shop around the are.
