The self check in seemed doubtful but the email sent before end worked beautifully. All the necessary information is in the email. We even to get our bikes in the protect bike parking.

Situated in a pleasant, rural location, with very helpful owners. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
The house, I assume, was a former farm house, tastefully modernised.
The breakfast was plentiful and of outstanding quantity and quality.
A large, secluded garden with various seating possibilities, under cover, or open air.
Large room, beautifully presented.
Off road, private parking.
As bed and breakfast accommodation goes, Landleven deserves a 5* rating.

It was extremely bad. The house were so dirty and everywhere moulded. We became sick and on the first day the man at the reception did just bring us the cleaning lady’s to do our beds. Didn’t help either. So so bad. Just the parking spot and the things for the kitchen were okay. Rest horrible

Even though the service was ok, from the pictures, we were expecting to have our private terrace or balcony with views to the fields. But we just got a couple of chairs just in front of the road, yet with views to the fields unless when the parking is full, then the cars park just in front of the ground floor appartment, so you just get to see a car in front your window. They do have alternatively a common terrace shared with the property and the staff
