Everything was great - modern, clean, everything one could wish. Also the host seems to have made improvements based upon previous feedback, like blackout curtains for example.

They were very nice to help with late check-in. The gentleman provided everything when we arrived. He was very friendly. The kitchen, where you can prepare your own meals, was large, and the kitchenware was sufficient and clean. The toilet and bathroom were outside the room, but it was a private bathroom. You enter with a code you set. The rooms also have a lock system where you enter a code, and it was easy. And they have parking area.
