The check-in experience was super easy. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The views from our room were absolutely insane. Then at night we went out at 11:00 p.m. and we could clearly see the Milky Way along with several constellations and major stars. I've never seen so many stars with the naked eye before. The room was very comfortable and I wish I could have taken the bed home with me because it was that comfortable.

Amazing location where you can relax and take in the beauty of New Zealand. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was so clean. Amazing place to meet people and the hosts were fantastic. I would highly recommend it and we plan to come back one day.

Every thing. Check-in/ out process is very easy. Staffs are very nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and functional. Location is not far from center.

Overall this place was fantastic. It's modern, comfortable, the host was quite friendly, and the place was immaculate. The skylights were wonderful and the views truly splendid.

I got a private room and I was pleasantly surprised. It was very cute, comfortable and had a great view! And a little fridge and desk which was handy. Great for a solo traveller. Spacious kitchen and plently of space to hang out. Beautiful views from the outdoor space as well.

The hotel is well located. We love that it was surrounded by mountains. We were there when it was raining day and night but the room is comfy and cozy enough to stay in and cook.
