Location was Fantastic near the Main Road Close to Big Mall , Very Clean and Great Restaurant Ms Fatin was very cooperative

We had a truly wonderful stay! The house was extremely cozy, spotless, and beautifully decorated with the perfect blend of traditional charm and modern touches. The swimming pool was sparkling clean and very inviting. Inside, there were two lovely outdoor seating areas, both thoughtfully designed, plus a charming swing that added a playful touch. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of the main area. It’s only a 2-minute walk to Alaqer Wall and about 7 minutes to Nizwa Fort. There are plenty of cafés nearby and even a small supermarket just around the corner, which was very convenient. We received a thoughtful little gift after check-out, which made our experience even more memorable. I highly recommend this place for families or groups—it’s the perfect spot to relax, feel at home, and enjoy exploring Nizwa to the fullest.

Very pleasant hotel in old city, they have their own parking( if u rent cat it s very important). Very comfy mattress and pillows. And smells great!! We really enjoyed our stay!

Nizwa is truly captivating in its enchanting, ancient beauty. We had a wonderful experience in this hotel and felt transported into another time and world. Every detail in the hotel is charming and evocative of a bygone era. Wonderful.

If you’re visiting Nizwa, we’d definitely recommend staying at the Omani Guest House. We spent two nights in Nizwa: one at the Omani Guest House and one at another traditional inn - and we much preferred the Omani Guest House. The main reason was Ali, the owner, and all the amazing staff. They were very welcoming and friendly, which made our stay really enjoyable. The location of the guesthouse is perfect, right by Nizwa Souq, so everything from cafes to restaurants is just a short walk away. The rooms have a lovely traditional decor, and our room was very comfortable and quiet. We would definitely return.

နေရာထိုင်ခင်းက အရမ်းကောင်းပါတယ်။ သန့်ရှင်းမှုမြင့်မားပြီး အေးချမ်းသောပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ရှိပါတယ်။ ဝန်ထမ်းများလည်း အလွန်ကူညီပေးတတ်ကြပြီး နောက်ထပ်တစ်ကြိမ် သေချာပြန်လာမယ်လို့ ထင်ပါတယ်။

Excellent and well maintained place

Reasonably priced accommodation which was clean. Decent WiFi and kind helpful staff. Easy access to restaurants and groceries.

Great, clean, affordable, perfect location for water park, Suq, morning goat market, and old town without the fuss of fighting for parking because they had their own parking for it.

Staff there was really kind and helpful every request we need they give. That omani and two indians male. My first time going in nizwa was memorable also because of this hotel

Clean and modern room. They added a little touch (auto-lighting by the corridor) in the bedroom. Location is about 10 mins from the city center.

Everything about the Hotel was beyond perfect. From a super smooth digital check-in, to amenities, to fluffy pillows. Even the mattress! I'm always staying here on all of my future Nizwa trips!
