Location & Convenience: Having the Multicentro Mall directly connected is a game-changer. It makes grabbing a quick snack, shopping, or catching a movie incredibly easy without needing a taxi. ​Atmosphere: The "modern and chic" vibe is spot on. From the grand lobby to the sleek room designs, it feels very high-end and fashionable. ​The Views: Since the hotel is one of the tallest in the area, those views of Panama Bay and the city skyline are truly some of the best you can get in Panama City. ​Security & Service: The 24-hour security is very visible and professional, which adds a great layer of comfort when staying in a busy metropolitan area. ​Cleanliness: The housekeeping staff clearly takes pride in their work; the rooms and public areas were consistently spotless.

The Room, location was great, pool was good. The Staff was awesome, it was really great. lots of parking space, the surroundings of the facility are great to take a long walk.

Amazing location right next to Avenida Balboa, within walking distance to Punta Pacifica, with a great city view from the 17th floor. The rooftop swimming pool and chill-out area are a real highlight. The weather in Panama City is quite humid, so spending an hour in the pool really helped the kids cool down and relax. The apartment is fully equipped, and the internet is fast. The stove and oven are fully functional and easy to use. Filtered water and ice are available from the fridge, which is very convenient. The host greeted us at the Grandbay Tower reception and handed over the keys. He is very responsive on WhatsApp. We truly enjoyed our stay. It’s a great place for an expat family with young kids.

I know Grand Bay Tower very well so I wasn't new to the building. It's a very good central location for the city, coffee bean is just 100m away, you have a small supermarket nearby and a long walk you can take at the cinta costera. The apartment is big, well equipped and spacious.
