The comfortable beds , the jacuzzi in the room, we also enjoyed the jacuzzi outdoors and the bonfire.

We have stayed in many hotels, B & Bs and other types of accommodation over the years, but the staff at Sonesta Yucay are exceptional! From the girls who cleaned our room to the restaurant servers, the smiles and personal greetings every day will always be remembered. Susan and Miguel and other senior staff treated us like family. The gardens, the ambience, peaceful atmosphere of the property will forever remain with us.

Wow!!! The rooms are completely new and beautiful like you see in the photos or even better! The views are really amazing! The staff extremely helpful and friendly! It is a place to relax and enjoy nature around with a view of the mountains and the super pretty town of Urubamba! We went directly there after arriving to Cusco since the altitude is waaay lower and this helps a lot to get used to the hard environment, we enjoyed the room, the view and also went down to the town which is super nice, small, pretty and not expensive. Then we continued our trip to Cusco. We highly recommend this place!

The hotel is beautiful, quiet, next to a peaceful river and surrounded by trees and green areas. My suite facing the gardens was spectacular and my bed and pillows were the most comfortable I have used in my life. The breakfast buffet which runs til 10am was exquisite and the tea station was the fanciest I have ever enjoyed. The best part of the hotel however were the PEOPLE. It's clear to me from the moment I entered and every call I made that these professionals have not only studied about hospitality but have received countless trainings because they really do their best to make you feel like a king and queen. Incredibly kind, smart, and warm humans. I slept soundly, danced freely with their jbl blue tooth speaker and enjoyed a very memorable bubble bath. Their pools and spas were gorgeous and their private beer bar was delightful. When you go be sure to make time to sit and read outside the breakfast area to see the urubamba river and watch the birds and butterflies. I drank many teas outdoors and I will always remember those quiet moments. When you go to the game area definitely enjoy a round of Sapo 🐸 and Id you don't know how to play ask a staff member. it's a traditional Peruvian game that can be enjoyed alone or with friends.

Gorgeous grounds, excellent homemade food, lovely staff. The room was perfect, the shower was amazing, and the staff helped my family feel comfortable and cared for. Highly recommended for travelers with family! The grounds are a wonderland for kiddos: from the trampolines to the alpacas & cats, fruit trees, and rocks to climb: my kids were in paradise.

Wonderful place to stay when visiting the sacred valley! Nice big king bed room with wonderful view from balcony of the beautiful property and mountains! The staff was very friendly and helpful when needed! Would definitely come back!

The room had a luxurious feel to it, which made me surprisingly pleased. The shower area is very clean and comfortable. And after traveling all day long, the bed was the best. I was able to sleep deeply. The next morning breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and kind.

The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was included. The owner is very nice and went out of her way to hold my luggage, make an early breakfast for me and I felt very safe there
