The surroundings were serene, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the entire property was beautifully maintained — a true hidden gem. But what truly set this place apart was the incredible staff. I accidentally left an important ID behind when I checked out, and to my surprise, the staff went above and beyond to locate it and make sure it got safely returned to me. They didn’t just find it — they arranged for it to be delivered to my next hotel! I was blown away by their honesty, kindness, and dedication to guest care. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with genuine hospitality, this is the place. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be back!

Our stay at La Joya Suite was fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt the warm welcome. The place was amazing, clean and cozy. If you’re a light packer traveller or just looking for a place for your staycation, this one’s perfect for you as it has everything you could ask for. Perfect place to stay after exploring the city as it’s almost at the center of Naga. It’s very accessible to the nearest malls, restaurants, etc. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with as well.

The place is cozy!! It was the perfect staycation unit for me and my friends. Host is very accommodating. MALINIS, MINIMALIST, and, PACKAGE!! kasi may kitchenette na rin complete with set of utensils and cooking appliances. Gusto mo malamig? Tig isa pa aircon per room. We enjoyed our stay here and will probably book again pag nag get together ulit with friends. Overall, WE ARE VERY MUCH SATISFIED. Huge thumbs up!
