We enjoyed the food they served in their restaurant/bar. There were so many yummy dishes to choose from so we allowed ourselves to be picky with our meal. We also had fun with the kayaks they had available.

Very clean, great staff! Really enjoyed the pool and the onsite restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised on how nice the resort was. I would highly recommend staying here.

We traveled to Bantayan Island with our whole crew — our 3-year-old baby, three older kids, and my sister — and Stargazers Luxurious Guest House was absolutely the perfect choice for our family! From the moment we arrived, Mercedes and Dave made us feel so welcome. They are, without a doubt, the best hosts we have ever had. Warm, attentive, and genuinely caring — they went out of their way to make sure every member of our family was comfortable, especially our little one. It’s rare to find hosts who treat your children as their own, and that meant the world to us. The rooms were spacious, cool, and spotlessly clean — a blessing when you’re traveling with young kids! The air-conditioning was perfect, the WiFi was reliable, and the gated complex gave us the peace of mind we needed with small children in tow. And the Stargazers Restobar on-site? Absolutely fantastic! Chef-prepared meals that satisfied even our picky eaters, ice-cold drinks for the adults after a long beach day, and the live music on weekends added such a festive, lively atmosphere. The whole family loved it. The location on Bantayan Island was ideal — we could easily explore the beaches and local attractions and come back to a place that truly felt like home. If you are traveling with family, do not hesitate — Stargazers Luxurious Guest House is THE place to stay. And ask for Mercedes and Dave. They will make your trip truly special. It’s right at the beach and clean.

Great hotel right in the heart of Santa Fe. This place is great. The room was spacious and very clean. Had all amenities you could want minus a refrigerator (towel, air conditioning, toiletries). The bed is super comfy and the bathroom and shower are great. You normally don't get good water pressure and hot water in the Philippines but his place has both. The hosts are very kind and can help you book anything you want to do. The also cook a great breakfast served at the time you choose each morning. The hotel is also located in a great spot, just a 2-3 minutes from tons of really great bars and restaurants and only a 5 minute walk from Kota Beach. The weather was pretty bad for 2 of the days we were in town and this room was such a treat to have to spend extra time in. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Perfect location and very helpful staffs

Location: Very peaceful with easy access to the sea. The main town is easily reachable if you rent a motorbike. Staff: The caretakers were extremely kind, responsive, and helpful. They even gave us a ride to town during checkout, which we really appreciated. Facilities & Cleanliness: The room was very clean, new, and spacious. We were also allowed to use the common kitchen, which was very convenient. Comfort & WiFi: Fast and reliable WiFi—I was able to work online without any issues. The room had a terrace with a beautiful ocean view, making the stay even more enjoyable. Overall: Excellent value for money. Highly recommended for travelers looking for a quiet, comfortable stay with great hospitality.

I had an amazing stay at Christela Beach House in Santa Fe. The location is unbeatable — it’s absolutely on the beach, with soft white sand and clear water that’s perfect for swimming at both high and low tide. It’s not a sterile resort experience; you’re living amongst the locals in a very relaxing, calming environment that feels authentic and welcoming. The accommodation is well maintained and set in a quiet spot, yet still close to everything. It’s only about 150 meters to Sand Bar for cheap eats and drinks, and just a 2-minute scooter ride or a short 5-minute walk to great restaurants, cafés and bars in town. There’s also an outdoor kitchen and a large cabana area which is perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The room itself was very comfortable — especially the bed — and everything was clean and well looked after. A special mention must go to Stela, who really made the stay exceptional. She organizes tours, transport to and from the island, and even takes guests on tours herself. She always made time to show me around, introduce me to locals and expats, and help with anything I needed. Her hospitality and warmth truly made the experience memorable. If you want a peaceful beachfront stay with a personal touch and a real feel for island life, Christela Beach House is the perfect choice.

There is an excellent gym and a gorgeous beach, both a few minutes walk away.

The common areas are the best, very nice to enjoy the beach and the view. The room is very comfortable and clean.

It was almost like being home, the owners were great always helpful if there was an issue. From the conversations we had the property will only get better in the future. Look forward to coming back.
