Excellent location, view of the woods. Plenty of trails for running or biking, with kayaking nearby as well. Everything you need to cook (microwave, stove, pots/pans, oven, fridge/freezer) and washer (including detergent). Updated interior, bathroom is excellent. Small town feel.
