The room and bathroom were very clean. The breakfast was delicious. Free parking. The food in the restaurant is very tasty

Nice location in the park, well renovated building, spacious sauna under the roof, chess mate under stairways, delicate breakfast, professional young and nice lady as receptionist ….

Price was great and the ease of parking made it worth it. Check in was simple.

A great choice for visiting Polanica Zdrój. I was impressed with everything from the information provided to the cleanliness of the apartments and the thoughtfulness of every detail, and I highly recommend it!

Stayed 08/25. The rooms matched the pictures on the site when I booked my stay, the actual room was better than pictured on booking.com. Staff was friendly and helpful. The best part about this hotel is the location, literally on the main promenade which means it is close to everything. My window and balcony faced the promenade and river. I was worried that it would be very loud in the evening; however, the nightlife was pretty much gone by about 21.00. In the morning, the promenade does not really start to see a lot of movement until about 11.00. Parking was on site. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful.

The apartment is very simple but clean, well located, close to facilities and City center.

Dinner in the restaurant was good. Breakfast was good but felt crowded. The front desk staff were nice.

Spaceous, clean rooms. Good sound isolation and a quiet area will ensure a peace of mind and a calm, pleasant stay. Very lovely and helpful staff! The swimming pool, jacuzzi, and the saunas were a great bonus. Overall, we were very happy and will be looking forward to coming back again:)

Friendly staff, excellent location & parking, nice and comfortable room with private bathroom. There is an electric kettle in the room for tea & coffee. The shared kitchen is fully equipped.

A spacious first-floor corner apartment with great views directly over the famous Polanica deptak (main pedestrian route) - right on top of the best restaurants in town (Polskie Smaki - IMHO the best restaurant in Polanica - is literally opposite). Comfortably furnished. Very clean. Good shower. And most importantly, very friendly and helpful host. We will definitely stay there again later this year.
