We really loved our stay at this hotel. The service was exceptionally personal and attentive, the room was spotless and perfectly equipped, and the location is right in the city center. The rooftop terrace offers a stunning panoramic view, and free parking in the building is a big plus. A special thank you to Margarida, Sid, and Miguel for their outstanding hospitality. They even left fresh croissants every morning, and surprised my wife with a bottle of sparkling wine and a personal birthday note, which was incredibly thoughtful. Highly recommended!

The hotel has an exceptional location. Room is clean, spacious and cosy. The breakfast was full of choices. The offer of excursions is very nice. The absolutely pleasant and warm to my heart was the attention to me. The greetings before breakfast were so sincere and kind. Great Hotel, very clean staff very helpful and friendly! Really loved the breakfast included, I would say this was the best part. Many breakfast options, nice patio for outdoor seating. Staff offered excursions which I thought was an exceptional bonus. My room included a balcony with a nice view of sunrise. Very close to shops and mall, walkable distance which was another plus. I would recommend 10/10

The staff was amazing. Luciano and Orlando are very kind and welcoming. Luciano made an effort to fulfil our requests on check-in and his colleague Orlando checked us in relatively late on a Friday evening. They gave us the best advices on the best places to eat espetadas, fish and bolo do caco. And also where to drink poncha close by. It was a very good advice to avoid driving after drinking a 50% alcoholic drink 😅 The facilities are great and depending on the room you book, the views are amazing with views to the ocean and the east part of the city. The building has an underground parking and they give you the keys for you to park inside, which is extremely handy given the lack of parking in the public streets all over the city. We didn't use because we went in January, but they also have a swimming pool on the rooftop!
