Elizabete and Thelma are what make this property shine! Their breakfasts were some of the best we’ve had while traveling! Proactive correspondence before arrival, personal recommendations, property tours, and after hours responses were thoughtful and made our stay remarkable. The ability to have a little extra time on the property at the end of our stay was so appreciated!! We gladly spent a day poolside doing nothing and then explored the coastline on foot using the walking trails just across from the property. Not to be missed just down the street: Joe’s Bar! Right on the beach, May 1-Oct. 30. It was exceptional in every way. It was a traditional house with modern amenities. It was exceptionally well equipped for comfort. It had a complete kitchen, with everything one could need including spices! Helena made us feel very welcome and did so much research to answer all our questions. This is an amazing place on pico Island. An old convent with several rooms. I like the area very much. Very friendly and helpful staff. I was lucky there was a local fado cincert in the convent while my stay. I was allowed to parc my bicycle insidethe convent The breakfast is simple and good 👍
