The staff was terrific. They were warm and extremely helpful. This was by far the best we were treated in all of Romania. We were told that this is how we should be expected to be treated at a 4-star hotel. My compliments to the management for hiring and training staff who consistently believe in excellent customer service!

Great hosts who made me feel very comfortable staying there with my large breed dog. I also recommend jt for the cleanliness and professionalism. The location is also great and it has a large yard. The cats on the property were a plus. :)

Beautiful place, with beautiful people, very quiet , I was lucky to have the room with sea view and I could see the sunrise from the balcony. Good food, lovely stuff . Also a big plus is that it's pet friendly, I was able to bring my cat with me.

Everything was superlative: location, room, decoration, bed, staff, view from room and bathroom, food. Wild beach to the left and to the right. Staff was very welcoming, manager very hospitable, even sent up for us a bottle of champaign, curiosity of the hotel. We felt incredibly welcomed, our room was upgraded... simply amazing. We loved being there. It was completely pleasant. I think it's the best location on the Black Sea considering everything it has to offer. Highly recommend. Especially the front sea view rooms.
