Breakfast was convenient and tasty. The location was easy to find also convenient to and from the lake.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Ubucuti! The accommodations were immaculate and offered a stunning view of Lake Kivu. The food was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly supportive. Savine and the manager, Jean Marie, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The room package also included access to a fantastic outdoor Jacuzzi, parking, and a car cleaning service for guests who drove themselves. They are also available to help organize various activities, including boat rides and jet skiing. I highly recommend Ubucuti for anyone looking for a peaceful and private place to unwind and rejuvenate

The hotel owner, manager & staff were extremely helpful. Olivier was kind enough to pick me up at bus station and drop me at bus station when I left. Olivier has been helping me even after I left. Providing me with information when I was in other cities. Breakfast in the garden was amazing & refreshing. The garden so beautiful. I could't ask for a better stay and for better hosts who cared about making me happy and comfortable. If I come back to Rwanda, I would definitely go back.

This place my friend is the best. So I went there looking for calm place, no loud noises where someone can stay to relax and enjoy the views of Lake kivu. The place is clean, staff are respectful, and respect people's privacy so breakfast is served If you are a shy person you won't have problems enjoying yourself there cz you won't be seeing any people while eating just you and your partner. So briefly the place is amazing and we were on cloud nine when we were there but so sad when our stay cation ended

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this apartment. I made a reservation and even contacted them on the 3rd to confirm my check-in on the 4th. They sent me an email confirming my booking, so I expected everything to be ready. However, when I arrived on the night of the 4th, they told me that I had no reservation at all. To make it worse, I later found out that they had already given the same apartment to other people. This is completely unprofessional and shows very poor service. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Their communication is unreliable, and they do not respect confirmed bookings.
