Breakfast is not included. We bought food and cook breakfast and dinner.There was a full kitchen available . The swimming pool was huge and clean. The ranch had many green areas and flowers very relaxing . You can run or walk around the property is safe at any time to get in you have to go through security at the gate.

Staying at this beautiful and comfortable house was an incredible experience. Its convenient location near the Ruta de las Flores made exploring the area very easy. The house was spotless and well-maintained, and the backyard garden, filled with exotic plants and flowers, created a truly relaxing atmosphere. What made my stay even more special were the hosts, Elena and her son William. They are among the kindest and most caring people I’ve ever met. They warmly welcomed me upon arrival and made sure I had everything I needed for a perfect stay. Highly recommended

When I first checked in they gave me a small room next to bar and I wasn't happy. But I asked it was possible to more upstairs, they said yes, and I had a wonderful room with a balcony and view of the sea. The beach is flat and endless in both directions. I walked For 2/1/2 hours in the morning and the evening and only saw a few fishermen with nets and a few families in the evening. They. brought me wonderful fresh sea food while I watching the sunset from my balcony. The included breakfast was substantial. If you want a quiet get-away, this is the place.
