It was nice to have a cool, shaded area to eat our breakfast. The food was good. The shower was hot. They were very hospitable. Great place for our dog too.

The property is 10min drive away from Wat Chantaram. The owners are very sweet and you only see them when you check-in. The rooms are spacious and very clean, as well as the bathroom. Beds were also very comfortable and for the first time we slept with cotton bedsheets so that was very nice. It has a big outdoor space and it is beautiful in the morning.

The property is in a good location. Even though we had a car, we walked to the walking street and a nearby bar to listen to music. The room was very nice. I didn’t realize the bathroom was outside the room (because I didn’t really understand external bathroom), but it wasn’t a problem and it was a private bathroom. The staff was very nice. Thai style breakfast was great as well.
