They adhered to our requests on booking, because we travelled as a family. The whole place is awesome really. The breakfast and the breakfast setting was second to none, sitting in the open air on the banks of the mighty Mekong, and not a sound. All the staff were really great and attentive. The grounds are immaculate. The feel of the place was very realaxing and satisfying.

The lake view from unit #5 was fantastic. The unit is right next to the water and woke up to beautiful sunrises over the lake. Can pull curtains from bed to view the lake. It has an outdoor area with a small table and chair to enjoy the lake and view.
