What really made the experience exceptional was the professionalism of the staff, especially Salah at the reception. He was extremely professional, respectful, helpful, and handled everything smoothly from check-in to any assistance needed during the stay. His attitude and hospitality truly made a difference and reflected very positively on the hotel. Staff members like Salah are a real asset to the hotel. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

This is by far one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in – spotless to the highest standard, in every corner. The entire property is newly renovated, and everything feels fresh, modern, and well-maintained. Upon arrival, my wife and I were pleasantly surprised with a beautiful complimentary decoration on our bed. It was thoughtful, elegant, and made my wife incredibly happy. This small gesture added a personal touch that made our stay even more special. The hotel is also extremely secure, with 24/7 security that makes you feel safe at all times. There’s free parking available, which is a huge plus, and the staff are always ready to help with luggage or anything you might need. Special mention goes to the front desk staff, who were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always smiling. They made us feel genuinely welcome and valued throughout our stay. In short, The Nine Lifestyle Hotel offers not just a place to sleep, but a complete hospitality experience: cleanliness, comfort, security, and warm human interaction. Lovely and clean, very stylishly decorated, extremely comfortable.

I never checked in. I arrive at the room and the reception they asked me to pay and I told him I already pay by booking. They say no we don’t use booking. We need cash and I don’t have cash so I tried to pay with my card, and after that I went, I pay another hotel and another city. The worst Experience they are they stole my money and please make sure to choose a room.
