I like the hospitality and welcoming from all staff without exception. They were very friendly, supportive, accurate in delivering their services, smiling all the time and careful to listen and provide their services and help. I like they offer room service in the evening as well , to provide water, coffee… or replace towels if I required . I like also it is very near to Touzer airport, 5 minutes

Tha hotel is simple, yet very nice and clean. I enjoyed the nice breakfast with fresh lemonade, egg, bread with butter and dates jem, coffee. But what I really loved was the kindness of every person who works here. Everyone has been so welcoming and polite, I felt at ease. The last day, after returning to collect my suitcase in the afternoon, the receptionist even offered to give me a room so I could shower before my flight. The restaurant suggested Dar Deda is amazing, I've been treated like a queen. Ahmed the tour guide that took me to the desert for a short tour has been super nice and did everything to make me happy and enjoy. I loved it. I wish to come back again one day!

Friendly, helpful and kind staff everywhere. The service was incredible and the place itself is beautiful. So many places to sit by the pool, read a book, or enjoy the calmness of the space. The room was fantastic and the breakfast was wonderful. Would highly recommend.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this tree house. Being surrounded by trees, birds, and flowers created a wonderfully peaceful and relaxing environment. Although our stay was brief, I wish we had booked additional nights to fully experience it.

From whole Tunisia trip we had best experience in Dar Fatima. Very friendly owner who assist us with motor repair and good advices, central location,nice breakfast,modern facility and rooms. We highly recommend and would love to come back again

Everything about this booking was excellent. I have to add there are 9 rooms in this BNB. Breakfast is set at your conveniance so you can be lazy if you wish. It is a property with a courtyard and everything is settled around this courtyard. It is museum like in decoration. The best way I can put it is the property is eclectic, artistic, and rustic at the same time. There is room for everyone to get away from each other for quiet time. It is literally around the corner from the CITY CENTER Madina. The caretakers will see to all of your needs as well.

Newly, beautifully decorated rooms in a surprisingly large building with lots of lovely nooks, crannies and little courtyards. Everything was super clean and seemed new but was still classically decorated. Beds were comfortable, shower was great with lots of towels and hand soap and shampoo were supplied. Parking was easy outside. Be aware that the outside sign is obscured by bourgainvilla during the day and no number is supplied on the address but there is a sign at the corner. At night the sign is lit and that's when we saw it. Look for the ramp beside the steps.

Siraj and his father are great hosts. I had a very comfortable time in Tozeur and they helped me to organize my trips to the desert and Chott El Djerid. Their apartments are located in the center of Tozeur, very close to the Medina, to shops and restaurants. Absolutely recommended!

I had an amazing stay at the Suite. The apartment was spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything I needed. It has two toilets, including a full bathroom with hot water working perfectly, which was convenient. The interior is beautifully decorated, and the owners made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The large kitchen was another highlight, fully equipped with everything I need, including a dining table, and all essential appliances. The location is perfect! quiet, safe, and close to everything you need to explore Tozeur. A huge thank-you to Naceur for his exceptional hospitality and his son Siraj ! He is friendly, helpful, and always available to provide local tips, recommendations, and anything else you might need. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tozeur. Great value for money, I would definitely stay here again!

Location ..gentle staff..helpful ..clean .big ..lovely courtyard ..nice verandah to lounge when tired .. big room big bathroom ..it worked for us ! They call taxi for us odd hours ! Served us breakfast odd hours because we were leaving for louage station ..extenely helpful staff..I recommend this place !
