I would recommend the Hotel Frederick to anyone that loves staying in old historic hotels. It is located right downtown and you can easily walk to any number of restaurants.

The room was clean and comfortable, but one of the toiletries was missing the hand lotion or body moisturizer dispenser was not available. Did not have more than two food options, which was ok. But for a Caesars operation I just expected more food options. Other than that it was great. I got chance to see a couple historic sights like the Kathy trail, and the town of Black water.

It was a beautiful and relaxing property.

The Comfort Inn hotel is located at the junction of Interstate 70 and State Highway 5, just one mile from Katy Trail State Park (the entrance to the trail is located west of milepost #194).

Really liked having the option to sleep on the bottom floor or the top floor and I picked the bottom floor right where I could see my motorcycle right in front of my room.
