United StatesVery comfortable, updated, and spacious home. Well situated in a nice neighborhood. The beds were extremely comfortable and provided the best nights rest on our trip from Minnesota. Within walking distance to the Iowa State fairgrounds and close to many other amenities. Hope to stay again.

The dinner was plentyful and tasty. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
The parking lot wasn't great. The toilet didn't flush without taking the lid off the tank and manually flushing it. Other than that the close access to the hospital was great. As that was our early destination.

We were having a horrible winter storm and the parking lot was well maintained and we got out with no problem!

The condo is super cute, the hosts are accommodating and the location is excellent. Everything we needed was there or within walking distance. We loved that there was a safe and secure parking ramp space right beside the building to use. The place was comfortable, relaxing and felt like home!

Easy to navigate to and from hotel to downtown and hospital.

Lots of security to get into building making safety a priority which was great. Parking lot in rear of building. Apartment was very clean, bed was so comfortable. The kitchen had just what we needed. We will stay here again
