Clean and comfortable, staff was amazing and the director Darci is phenomenal!

The architecture is spectacular, the atrium is gorgeous, the facilities are terrific - from the cafe early in the morning to the pub late at night. Room was very spacious, beds big and comfortable, staff very attentive. Great location, many amenities within just a couple of blocks.

Wonderful and clean facility. Dining choices within the hotel were great. Convenient parking with a short walk to the lobby. Convenient to downtown Scranton. Would definately stay again. Recommend

The young lady at the front desk was phenomenal! I'm disabled and currently in a wheelchair. When my husband had to step away for a few minutes to deal with matters concerning my health, and left me to wait for him in the lobby, she kept an eye out for me and brought me a goodie bag with a couple bottles of water and some cookies. The water was immediately appreciated as my husband forgot to bring my travel cup to me before he left.

The property was very spacious & even bigger in person than imagined from seeing the pictures! It very comfortably fit me & my friends. Very clean & nice as well! The next door neighbor actually helped us with parking, which was very nice. The restaurant/bar Mickey Gannon’s right down the sweet is great as all well which is a nice plus! Very close to downtown as well. The host was super nice/responsive as well. Great experience overall!

Room was large and had everything you need. Fridge, micro, coffee. Full high quality breakfast. Eggs yogurt, muffins etc etc

It was a beautiful hotel located in the perfect location for our visit to Scranton for a MOTIONLESS IN WHITE concert! We enjoyed the local shops and restaurants as well!

The rooms were super clean, comfortable beds, nice rooms.

Both my husband & I thought the bed was very comfortable. We have stayed at other hotels in the last 6 months and the beds were hard as a rock! My husband loved the pillows also!! Wants me to find pillows like those!!

Needs wall light switches and a refrigerator. It was so awesome that the bar cooks food so late. The staff at the bar and at the lobby counter were so nice. You should warn people online that there will be loud construction though

Breakfast was a little skimpy. No tea or cereal.

Staff extremely kind & helpful, immaculately clean, continental breakfast was great, stayed another night at a cheaper rate. Spa & pool was definitely one reason I booked there which was very relaxing. Definitely recommend!!
