United StatesMy family and I had a wonderful stay. The house is massive and perfectly suited for large groups, with plenty of rooms and comfortable common areas. Everything was clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully maintained, 1 train its in the corner of the street wich make it very convenient to moved around .
We would gladly return for summer time ! Great price .

PhilippinesSuch a pleasant stay and it definitely exceeded my expectations. The room and bathroom is spacious, clean, and well maintained. Location is good since it’s near a station, and parking is easily available if you have a car. They serve simple but good breakfast, then bread and beverage refill is available 24/7. Staff are very kind. Overall would definitely recommend this hotel given the value as well. Great job!

IsraelNatascha, the front desk representative - "Above and Beyod" gets an entirely new meaning when she is involved. I got there at 02:00 AM, middle of the night, after a 12hrs flight and over 20 hours in transit, and due to my mistake with time zones, I had a booking only for the next day, and they were fully booked. I tried looking for other options at Booking.com, and none were available at reasonable prices and the options were very limited. I also was so tired I thought of finding a bench on the street to rest my head for a couple of hours because I could not go on any longer. Natascha calmed me down, let me sit at the lobby as long as I needed to sort my affairs, while she was calling close by hotels that she knew to see if there is any availability. She then checked, and found out there was a room at this property which wasn't occupied, and was technically not available for rent, but she managed to arrange that I get this room. and charged me the same price as my booking with them that I had for the next day (I was willing to pay much more at that moment). Natascha, you are a life saver. I will never forget your help. She also lent me a charger for my phone, as I didn't get the chance to get an American plug and olny had the European one.
Also, the rest of the staff is very nice, the place was spotless clean, 2 minutes away from the subway, easy and cheap transportation to all the main places, comfy bad and pillows, hot shower, a safe I could fit my 14' laptop into, many towels, ac was good. Breakfast is coffee, bagels, eggs, jam and orange juice, not what I use to, but was good. I would stay again.

United StatesThe location to. MANHATTAN. THE 3 BEDS IN ROOM AS HAD TEEN GRANDSON WITH US. The convenience of the small restaurant and the food was excellent.
Also breakfast included was a plus as we had early morning meetings to attend "over the river".

We loved staying at Crowne Plaza Hotel, Parking was convenient, Staff and cleaning crew were great. When we come to visit family we will always stay in Crowne. Once again, thank you.

I liked how it had ample parking and the price was reasonable. The main area was clean and nice. The rooms were spacious with two beds. I would stay again.
