United StatesThe staff were beyond welcoming. Front desk staff Melissa, went above and beyond to accommodate me after a few failed attempts to access the room I booked. She upgraded me at no additional cost; she had a colleague accompany me to make sure I had no issues with the door again.
There was another employee who worked second shift who was also accommodating to me as I had issues with room above me making so much noise I thought they were going to come through the ceiling. She offered to change my room and checked in with me which was nice. I would definitely stay here again because of the staff.
