Dori was the initial person I met. I was worried because I was attending my graduation so I was a little nervous being in a new city. She was very helpful. She was able to tell me the best time to leave as well as making sure to expedite my room being available because she didn’t want me just sitting waiting since I was alone very personable high levels of Customer Service. Shah checked us in and he was exceptional in every way. An astute professional and first point of contact. Please thank him for us as we were so jet lagged from flying into Logan from Australia. Then the night time staff were wonderful as our luggage was delayed and came in at 1.30am. Please thank your night time crew for all of their assistance. What a wonderful place to recover from such a tough trip. The pool was so nice too and helped us recover.
