The amenities are excellent: Breakfast: Great drink options, and my daughter loved the bacon and the fun waffle maker. Design & Space: Modern, spacious, and impeccably clean. Parking: Convenient and ample. Location: Close to the village, which made our day even more enjoyable. Everything was smooth from start to finish, making this one of our Top 5 hotels in the U.S. We will definitely return and continue to recommend HYATT Place Mystic to colleagues and friends.

Friendly and very helpful staff. The inn is beautifully maintained. The room is cosy. We stayed in the family room which was great for a family of five.

Great place for families visiting Mystic. It is a fantastic location with the river and downtown area a short walk away. The neighborhood is very safe and clean. The backyard gets a lot of sun. The house is well-appointed and has all the amenities you may need for a short stay.

Bright, colorful, and cheerful home. Awesome location on a quiet street, but short walk to restaurants and shops in downtown area. Host/property manager is very nice. We enjoyed our stay here over Thanksgiving holiday.

Josh & Erin were warm, friendly & very accommodating, excellent hosts. The location allowed easy access to all the destinations we visited. Our room was spacious & comfy with a nicely renovated bathroom. The sitting area just outside our door had a warm, wood fire going during our entire stay, a great place to relax. Excellent experience, highly recommended.

Very clean, attractive, comfortable accommodations, nice breakfast buffet, convenient location close to Mystic Village, courteous staff. Very reasonable rate for New Years Eve. Only drawback is that you have to drive 2-3 miles to the center of Mystic, and parking in town can be a problem when Mystic is crowded in the summer; you may have to park several blocks away from Main Street . However we had no problem parking during this stay .

The staff were very accommodating. The room was very nice, loved being on the first floor. Access to the parking lot was easy. The breakfast had a variety of foods and was very good.
