Less than a Mile from State Park Parking lot.
Calm & Ok locality.
If you have more than 2 cars then you will have to park Big one on street which is still safe as its not heavy traffic road.
Rooms are reasonable, not spacious but not too small.
It’s clean & tidy everything in order & easy to find.
Owner is very professional & all instructions & access info was provided within time & provided all necessary info for checkout too.
I will like stay here again for sure.

The hotel has strong attractions of casino and resort. You may enjoy exciting various casino games at a huge clean safe game room, which is not my enjoyment, though. The hotel has wide free parking lot, which I used. The staff is generally friendly and supportive. The neighborhood is safe and this hotel is a walking or driving distance to the Niagara Falls and downtown. It has a beautiful view from my room. I think this is quite a convenient hotel.

For those who do self-driving and need a free parking lot, this is a perfect option for you considering the price.
I wouldn't call it a building, more like a one story house surrounding a parking lot.
There's also an outdoor swimming pool but we didn't try it.
Within walking distance, there's a perfect breakfast place called "Bob Evans".
You can also get other food around the area.
