The Airbnb was so quiet, private, and cozy – it really felt like home! And Jessica, the host, was super friendly, supportive, and always happy to help with anything we needed. We also checked out the Urbano Restaurant right in front of the Airbnb. Since we were guests at the Bird House, we got a discount! And we actually met Jessica, the Airbnb owner, in person. She was friendly and kind and all the team working there provided amazing customer service, and the food was delicious. The ambiance was perfect, I would definitely stay at The Bird House Airbnb and would dine at the Urbano Restaurant again if I ever come back to Sierra Vista. It was my first stay at an Airbnb and it was a great experience.

Breakfast was excellent, especially the waffles. Front desk help was great! When we checked in, the desk clerk made sure both of our door keys worked. Everyone was great! We felt welcomed. The room was one of the cleanest we have ever had in our sixty years of traveling. Everything in the room worked as it should. Couldn't have been better! Room was also quiet!

The staff was very friendly, breakfast was great, the rooms were clean and the location was amazing. The hotel was well priced and a great value for the cost.

We always stat at this Hampton when we visit Tombstone, housekeeping staff was very on top of our needs. Front desk staff was very helpful upon check despite the little minor issue we had.
