I use a walker and struggled to open the door to the lobby to check in. The pleasant clerk came to my "rescue" and held open the door. As she was checking me in she mentioned she needed to do some "moving things around" on the computer. What I believe she was doing was assigning us a room RIGHT NEXT TO the door from the parking lot. Yay!!!
